THE LAST CONFESSION - COGNAC EDITION HOT SAUCE - FUND RAISER

"THE LAST CONFESSION" is my very latest creation - Developed using COGNAC this sauce is quite special - while still having a little kick the flavour of the Cognac really comes through

I AM MAKING ONE BATCH OF "THE LAST CONFESSION" To raise money to get the "Rib Float" back on the road - Apart from a full set of new batteries it also needs quite a bit of work 

The cost of ingredients for this sauce are quite high  - Cognac by the case 

There is a SERIOUS amount of Cognac in this but all of the alcohol is cooked out leaving such an awesome flavour that works so well with heat 

2022 Was as tough as I have ever known it and we MUST keep fighting through 2023 - Your support has been AMAZING and I seriously wouldn't still be here without it
